  1. Custom-Made Products:

    • All our treats are made to order and customized based on your specific requests. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
  2. Perishable Goods:

    • Our treats are crafted using natural, organic ingredients with no artificial preservatives. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable items once they have been shipped.
  3. Order Accuracy:

    • Please carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

    • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. This may include sending a replacement or offering store credit. Proof of damage (photos) may be required to process claims.  
  5. Shipping Delays:

    • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or issues related to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  6. Allergy Disclaimer:

    • We list all ingredients used in our treats to help you make informed decisions. If your pet has allergies, please review the ingredients carefully. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions.
