At The Little Barkery, all of our dog treats are custom-made to order, ensuring they are as fresh and delicious as possible for your pup. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

  • Each order is made fresh, just for you! Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your treats before shipping.
  • During peak times or holidays, processing times may increase slightly. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 7-9 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
  • This means you can expect delivery within 10-14 business days from the date of your order.  
  • We'll do our best to get your order out to you ASAP!

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your treats arrive safely and quickly.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—check our website for current promotions.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Issues with Delivery

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
  • While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will work with you to find a solution.
